I keep track of wear and tear, flag issues as soon as noted, and coordinate vendors so the home stays in great condition, small problems don’t become big ones and guests continued to be wow'ed.

Tailored Pricing Strategy

I manage pricing with dynamic tools and manual review to reflect the market, stay competitive and maximize revenue.

Guest Communication

I take care of all guest communication, from answering questions to offering local tips and assistance so your guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

Owner Communication

You’ll receive a monthly summary with your property's key performance highlights, financials, and any proactive or ongoing maintenance notes, as well as suggestions for upgrades.

I work as your on-island hospitality partner.
That means I oversee the guest experience, protect the quality of your property, and handle day-to-day operations so you don’t have to think about it.

This service is tailored for properties on Maui, specifically  Maalaea, Kihei and Wailea, that are compliant with all current legal requirements.

I work on a commission-only basis, so the more money you make, the more I make—ensuring we're both invested in your success.
 

PRICING STRUCTURE*:

  • 20% commission fee

  • $1,800 minimum monthly fee

  • $1,500 one-time onboarding fee

* Final pricing depends on unit complexity, guest volume, and operational needs.

Your Airbnb listing will remain under your name, with me as your co-host. You’ll retain full control of finances and keep the listing and reviews, even if we part ways.

I work with a limited number of properties to co-host, ensuring a small, focused portfolio that maintains the highest quality.

Traditional vacation rental companies that offer full scope management often lump properties under their corporate accounts, which I believe is an outdated practice that doesn't meet today's market needs for a personal connection between guests, you, and your home.

At She Hosts, I understand that every home has its own unique charm and story. Guests should see you as the host, with me by your side offering seamless support as your co-host. 

Because of our boutique approach, some services commonly offered by large management companies are not included in my scope. I’m always happy to recommend trusted local vendors if you need support with:

  • Interior design or staging

  • Marketing, ads, or social media management

  • Legal, tax, or accounting services

  • Remodel or construction oversight

  • Errands or personal tasks

  • Tech installation or troubleshooting

Hello, I´m Simone

I’ve been in the Short Term Rental industry since 2016. I've co-created and built three one-of-a-kind vacation rentals from the ground up, transforming them into a thriving, full-time hosting business that I now manage remotely from Maui.

 

With more than 9 years and over 950 five-star reviews on Airbnb, my properties have been featured on the Magnolia Network, HBO, and were named the top Airbnb in the state by Conde Nast Traveler. My passion is helping other hosts create a business they and their guests love, while crafting the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of.

Through 10 years of hands-on experience, research, and study, I now share everything I’ve learned about building cabins, scaling profitable short-term rental businesses, and fostering long-lasting guest relationships.

On Maui, my approach is boutique and local—focused on guest experience, efficient operations, and respectful hosting.
