It's a 8-week done-with-you mentorship where we build your Hosting Business together. It's designed for hosts who would love to skip the learning curve and go straight to a business that makes more money in less time.
You’ll be hands-on every step of the way, but you won’t be alone. I’ll be your co-host and consultant, helping you build a strong, guest-centric business that’s also profitable and scalable
We’ll meet every other week to discuss all the pieces that make a short term rental business profitable and successful for the long haul. In between sessions, we'll work together to keep your operations running smoothly and your guests happy.

I’ve co-created and built three one-of-a-kind vacation rentals from the ground up, transforming them into a thriving, full-time hosting business that I now manage remotely from the tropics. With over 800 five-star reviews on Airbnb, my properties have been featured on the Magnolia Network, HBO, and were named the top Airbnb in the state by Conde Nast Traveler. My passion is helping other hosts create a business they and their guests love, while crafting the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of.
Through 10 years of hands-on experience, research, and study, I’ll share everything I’ve learned about building cabins, scaling short-term rental businesses, and fostering long-lasting guest relationships.

How is this different from hiring a property manager?Great question! This isn’t management—it’s mentorship. Instead of handing everything off, you’ll stay in the driver’s seat while I guide, co-host, and build the business with you. By the end of our time together, you’ll have full confidence and a custom-built setup that runs smoothly, whether you continue solo or grow into more properties.

What happens between sessions?You’ll have messaging access to me for ongoing support and questions. Between calls, I’ll be setting up your automations, creating systems, and polishing pieces of your listing or backend setup—so progress continues, even when we’re not on a call.

Can I do this if I’m already hosting?Absolutely! If you’ve been hosting but feel like things could be smoother, more profitable, or just better organized, this mentorship will help you reset your foundation and optimize everything for growth.

What if I want more support after the 8 weeks?You’ll have the option to book continued support or consultations if you’d like a little more time together. Whether it’s occasional check-ins, extra co-hosting help, or launching your next property, I’m here for the long game if you need me.

Do you offer support after the fact?Yes! With the Airbnb Listing Makeover you will get a credit of $50 to be used towards consulting services for ongoing support, including pricing strategy, guest communication, automations, marketing strategies and calendar management.

The algorithm can take up to 3 months to do its thing and for your listing to be going full force. With consistency and patience, you’ll start to see the results you’re after.

How long will I have access to my Listing Video Report?Your Listing Video Report is all yours to keep! I believe in providing ongoing support so you can refer back to your report and recommendations whenever you need them, even long after the audit is completed.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
