It's a 8-week done-with-you mentorship where we build your Hosting Business together. It's designed for hosts who would love to skip the learning curve and go straight to a business that makes more money in less time.

You’ll be hands-on every step of the way, but you won’t be alone. I’ll be your co-host and consultant, helping you build a strong, guest-centric business that’s also profitable and scalable

We’ll meet every other week to discuss all the pieces that make a short term rental business profitable and successful for the long haul. In between sessions, we'll work together to keep your operations running smoothly and your guests happy.

Weeks 3 and 4 / Streamline
In the next two weeks, we’ll streamline your operations. We'll cover guest communication, team management, back of the house duties and my favorite tools and tech.

Weeks 5 and 6 / Grow
This session is packed and all about growth and earnings. We’ll cover pricing strategy and tools to increase your revenue. We'll discuss business growth via direct booking sites, expansion of portfolio and marketing.

Weeks 7 and 8 / Final Touch
