Weeks 1 and 2 / Your Foundation
We'll start off by clarifying and aligning your business and financial goals with your hosting vision. Then, we'll perform a property overview to create a checklist improvements and a complete Airbnb Listing Makeover,
By the end of the first two weeks, you’ll have a refreshed, high-converting listing, a clear checklist of property updates, and a solid business vision aligned with your financial goals.
Weeks 3 and 4 / Your Systems
In the next two weeks, we’ll streamline your operations. We'll cover guest communication, team management, back of the house duties and my favorite tools and tech.
You’ll end this session with systems in place to help your business run efficiently and feel more hands-off.
Weeks 5 and 6 / Your Growth
This session is packed and all about growth and earnings. We’ll cover pricing strategy and tools to increase your revenue. We'll discuss business growth via direct booking sites, expansion of portfolio and marketing.
By the end of this session, you’ll have a smart pricing system, a marketing strategy that fits your style, and a clear plan to grow your hosting business with confidence.
Weeks 7 and 8 / Your Guests
Our final session focuses on the heart of your business: hospitality. We’ll refine your entire guest experience, from the moment they find your listing to the review they leave behind.
By the end, you’ll have a fully functioning hosting business with systems in place, a clear vision for the future, and the confidence to keep building with purpose and ease.

I’ve been in the Short Term Rental industry since 2016. I've co-created and built three one-of-a-kind vacation rentals from the ground up, transforming them into a thriving, full-time hosting business that I now manage remotely from Maui.
With more than 9 years and near 1000 five-star reviews on Airbnb, my properties have been featured on the Magnolia Network, HBO, and were named the top Airbnb in the state by Conde Nast Traveler. My passion is helping other hosts create a business they and their guests love, while crafting the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of.
Through 10 years of hands-on experience, research, and study, I now share everything I’ve learned about building cabins, scaling profitable short-term rental businesses, and fostering long-lasting guest relationships.
On Maui, my approach is boutique and local—focused on guest experience, efficient operations, and respectful hosting.
